Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Sosiale Moments collects and uses information when you use the Sosiale Moments mobile application.
Information We Collect
- Email address for passwordless sign-in (magic link).
- Profile information you provide: display name, age range (bucket), city/area, languages, interests, and role preference. A profile photo URL may be stored if you add one.
- Moments you create: time window, city fields, free-text place name, topic/tags, and moment status/acceptance state.
- Messages you send in chat (message text and timestamps).
- Feedback and reputation signals: whether a moment happened, 1-5 ratings, and optional notes.
- Safety actions: blocks and reports (including report details you submit and admin moderation notes/status).
- Push notification data: Expo push token, device platform, delivery status, and related notification audit rows when you allow notifications.
- Basic in-app analytics events (for product and safety operations), tied to your user id and optionally a moment id.
- Subscription information: product identifier, Plus entitlement status, purchase and expiration dates, renewal or billing status, store, and sandbox or production environment. This information is linked to your account. Apple or Google processes your payment details; Sosiale Moments does not receive your payment-card number.
How We Use Information
- Provide core functionality: sign-in, profiles, moments, chat, and feedback.
- Safety and integrity: blocking, reporting, moderation, and incident response.
- Operate and improve the app using aggregated metrics and event logs.
- Verify, restore, and provide Sosiale Moments Plus subscription benefits across your devices.
How We Share Information
- Service providers: Sosiale Moments uses Supabase for authentication and database services.
- City search: Sosiale Moments uses Mapbox for city suggestion search (your city search query text is sent to Mapbox when you search).
- Subscriptions: Sosiale Moments uses RevenueCat to verify and manage subscription entitlements. Store purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play under their respective privacy policies.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Data Retention
We retain data as needed to operate the service, maintain safety records, and meet operational requirements. You can delete your account in the app from Profile > Delete account. You can also contact us for privacy questions or deletion help.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Sosiale Moments is intended for adults (18+).
