Safety and Moderation Policy
Sosiale Moments is for adults creating respectful, real-world moments of connection. Safety tools are available without a paid plan.
Not Allowed
- Harassment, threats, hate, discrimination, stalking, or intimidation.
- Sexual or explicit content, exploitation, or any underage safety concern.
- Self-harm encouragement, violence, illegal activity, scams, fraud, or impersonation.
- Privacy violations, spam, commercial solicitation, or unwanted dating solicitation.
- Unsafe meetup requests or using the app for a purpose that conflicts with its rules.
Report and Block
Signed-in users can report a profile, moment, chat message, or public review from the relevant screen and can block another user. The reported person is not told who submitted the report. Reports capture the content available at submission so later edits do not erase the evidence. Immediate danger should be reported to local emergency services; Sosiale Moments is not an emergency service.
People without an account, authorities, and trusted flaggers can submit a formal illegal-content notice and receive a private receipt for status checks.
Private Chat Review
Administrators cannot browse all private conversations. When a chat message is reported, an authorized administrator may open the reported message and a limited number of surrounding messages needed to understand the case. Exceptional expanded access is reserved for imminent harm, underage safety, a credible threat, or a valid legal request. It requires multi-factor verification and a factual reason, and the access is recorded for accountability.
Review Priorities
- Urgent: underage safety, violence or threats, and self-harm concerns.
- High: sexual content, hate, scams, and unsafe meetup concerns.
- Normal: other reports.
Priority controls queue order and escalation. Response times are operational targets, not emergency guarantees. Contact emergency services when immediate intervention is needed.
Photo Screening
Every new profile or moment photo remains private while automated image-safety screening checks for adult or racy content. Images that clearly exceed the sexual-content threshold are removed automatically. Ambiguous results remain private until an administrator reviews them. A provider failure never publishes an unreviewed image; the check is retried instead. Existing photos are subject to the same screening. Automated removals are recorded and can be appealed.
Possible Actions
A trained administrator can find no violation, issue a warning, remove content, suspend an account for 1, 7, or 30 days, impose a permanent suspension, restore content, or reinstate an account. Actions require a factual reason and are recorded in an audit history. Removed content is hidden from ordinary users, and suspended accounts cannot publish, chat, accept, report, or upload media while the suspension is effective.
Child Sexual Exploitation
Child sexual exploitation and abuse material is never permitted. Do not download, screenshot, upload, or forward suspected material to make a report. Identify the content in place. Access is restricted, evidence is preserved securely when required, and reports are escalated to competent authorities when the law requires it. Automated sexual-content screening is not represented as a reliable age or child-abuse classifier; urgent reports receive restricted human handling.
Notice and Appeal
Affected users receive an in-app notice stating the action, reason, rules basis, and duration. Reports and decisions are visible in Profile > Safety reports & decisions. An eligible decision can be appealed once for a separate review. The appeal outcome and reason are shown in the same Safety Center, and an overturned decision restores the relevant account or content.
