Terms of Use
These Terms form an agreement between you and Sosiale AI OÜ, registry code 17034664, Järvevana tee 9, Tallinn 11314, Estonia, for use of Sosiale Moments. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app.
Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18, legally able to enter this agreement, and provide accurate account information. Keep access to your email secure. One person may not impersonate another, evade a restriction, or create accounts for abuse.
Membership and billing
Access may require a recurring monthly membership shown before purchase in your local store currency. Any trial length, price, renewal period, and introductory eligibility are determined and displayed by the Apple App Store or Google Play at purchase. Payment is charged to your store account after any eligible trial. Membership renews automatically unless cancelled within the period shown by the store before renewal. Manage or cancel in your store subscription settings. Deleting your Sosiale account does not cancel store billing. Purchase restoration is available in the app. Except where law requires otherwise, billing and refunds are handled under the applicable store’s terms.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Sosiale a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, display, and moderate it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and comply with law. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it. Delete content or your account using the app, subject to shared-chat, safety, dispute, and legal retention described in the Privacy Policy.
Rules
Follow the Safety and Moderation Policy. Sexual or explicit content, exploitation, underage use, harassment, threats, hate, stalking, scams, impersonation, illegal activity, privacy violations, spam, commercial solicitation, and unsafe meetup behavior are prohibited. Sosiale is for social connection and not an emergency, medical, therapy, dating, employment, transport, or verification service.
Moderation, reports, and appeals
We may screen, restrict, remove, preserve, or disclose content and may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, investigate abuse, or comply with law. Reported content may be retained as evidence. Eligible decisions can be appealed through the in-app Safety Center. Formal notices about illegal content can be submitted through our notice form.
Real-world meetings
Users decide whether, where, and with whom to meet. Use public places, protect personal information, tell someone you trust, and leave if you feel unsafe. We do not conduct identity or background checks unless expressly stated.
Availability and liability
We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a match, attendance, user identity, or any particular outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Sosiale is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or conduct by another user.
Termination and law
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for a material or repeated breach, serious safety risk, legal duty, or service discontinuation, with notice and appeal where appropriate. Estonian law governs these Terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or courts available in their country of residence.
